GROWTHSTAR

For studio owners

Your members, one week away.

Your teachers are already trusted and your members already show up. A retreat week is the offer most studios never run, because the operations look impossible. We carry the operations. You bring the community.

Fill Sprint $97, credited at your first settlement. Above the venue minimum, 20% to us up to your goal and 5% past it.

The venue is ours to carry until your sales cover it.

Not about the teaching. About everything around it.

Studio owners who have thought about a retreat tell us the same three things:

  • “My members are busy. Will they really travel for a week?”

  • “Who handles the money, the flights, the rooming and the questions?”

  • “Will this pull my best teachers off the schedule?”

Your members already trust your room. The retreat is that same room, somewhere beautiful, for a week. You sell it to your own list first, the people who already know you, and the week confirms only when ticket sales cover the venue minimum.

How it works

From your schedule to a sold-out week.

  1. Your Readiness Report

How many of your members are likely to go, at what price, and the venue minimum that sets your confirm number. Free.

  2. The offer

One week, one theme, your teachers. Priced from your own numbers.

  3. The sales kit

A sales page, an email and WhatsApp sequence to your members, and payment links, built with you in five days.

  4. The venue

We find and contract it for your dates, and hold it at no cost while your sales cover the minimum.

  5. The week

Rooming, transfers and every guest question handled. Your teachers teach.

The right place for your members.

Tell us your group size, the kind of week you want and when your members can travel. We match you with a property that fits, wherever that is, and agree the minimum and the split with the owner in writing before you hold a week.

The soft hold

We hold the dates. You sell against them.

Nobody fronts money for a place before they know people are coming. So we reserve the dates softly, and they turn real only when your sales say so.

  1. We find an open window

In the property’s own calendar, at least three months ahead, so the nearer dates stay with its nightly guests. In high season, retreats get first pick of dates more than six months out.

  2. We hold it for you, at no cost

The owner agrees the floor for those dates in writing: the amount your sales need to cover. From that moment the dates close everywhere, on the booking sites and the property’s own site. You pay nothing to hold them.

  3. You sell against a real date

Your sales page, payments and follow-up run from day one, pointed at dates people can put in their calendars.

  4. Floor reached: it confirms

The moment your bookings cover the floor, the dates are yours. The property is paid its floor first, and everything above it is shared as agreed in writing.

  5. Floor not reached: the dates go back

If your bookings have not covered the floor 60 days before arrival, the dates go back to the owner with two months left to sell them. Every guest is refunded in full, and you owe nothing.

The owner keeps the last word. Dates they block out are never held, and inside three months the calendar belongs to their nightly guests.

Your week confirms only when ticket sales cover the minimum.

We earn when your week fills, and only then. The studio keeps running exactly as it does now.

The venue is ours to carry

Nothing leaves the studio’s account for the venue. The commitment stays with us until your sales cover it.

The minimum is the gate

Otherwise the week moves on, every member is refunded in full, and you owe nothing.

Your schedule stays whole

Pick the teachers and the week. Everything else runs outside the studio.

Your members stay yours

Every booking, every email and every name stays with the studio.

Your teacher training is already a residency.

A month-long training is a residency with a curriculum. Residency OS runs the applications, the screening, the payments and the house, so your training fills with the right students and settles on one statement.

Fair asks, straight answers.

How many members do we need?

Your Readiness Report gives you the confirm number: the fewest tickets that cover the venue minimum at your price. Most studios sell it to their own list first.

Do we need to run the logistics?

Not at all. Rooming, transfers, guest questions and the venue all run through us. Your teachers teach.

Where do studio retreats happen?

Wherever fits your members. We find and contract the venue for your dates. We’re based on Lake Atitlán, Guatemala.

What if we don’t fill it?

The week moves on, every member is refunded in full, and you keep the sales kit for next time.

Tell us about your studio.

Your Readiness Report shows how many of your members it takes to confirm a week, and where your first sales come from.
