GROWTHSTAR

For retreat leaders · Fill Sprint

Host a sold-out retreat without fronting the venue.

Five days to build your offer, your funnel and your AI workspace, then two weeks of guided selling. We find and contract the venue for your dates and hold it while your ticket sales cover the minimum.

$97 to take part, credited at your first settlement. Free if your Readiness Report already clears the floor.

The venue is ours to carry until your sales cover it.

You didn’t become a healer to coordinate boat schedules.

Every retreat leader we talk to carries the same three worries. Not about their teaching. About everything around it:

  • “What if I can’t fill it and I’m on the hook for a $5K deposit?”

  • “What if the venue drops the ball and I look unprofessional?”

  • “What if the transport falls apart and my people are stranded?”

You lead the retreat. We handle the venue, the sales setup and the payments, and we carry the venue commitment until your ticket sales cover it.

How it works

Five days of building, then the sprint.

  1. Day 1 · Your AI workspace

Set up an AI workspace for your retreat planning and marketing, on your own machine, and load your real work into it. It stays yours afterwards.

  2. Day 2 · Your ideal guest

Describe who the retreat is for and why they would book, in their words, with your AI doing the heavy lifting.

  3. Day 3 · Your offer and your week

Build and price your retreat offer. Finish the work and you earn a soft hold: dates at a venue that fits, held for you at no cost.

  4. Day 4 · Your funnel

Your AI builds your sales page and email sequence. You approve every word.

  5. Day 5 · Launch

Open ticket sales through our payment partner. We handle the money, the tracking and the follow-through.

  6. Two weeks after · The sell sprint

Guided daily selling. The moment ticket sales cover the venue minimum, your week confirms and the retreat is on.

We find the venue for your dates.

Tell us your group size, your budget and your style. We match you with a property that fits, wherever that is, and agree the venue minimum and the split with the owner in writing before you hold a week.

The soft hold

We hold the dates. You sell against them.

Nobody fronts money for a place before they know people are coming. So we reserve the dates softly, and they turn real only when your sales say so.

  1. We find an open window

In the property’s own calendar, at least three months ahead, so the nearer dates stay with its nightly guests. In high season, retreats get first pick of dates more than six months out.

  2. We hold it for you, at no cost

The owner agrees the floor for those dates in writing: the amount your sales need to cover. From that moment the dates close everywhere, on the booking sites and the property’s own site. You pay nothing to hold them.

  3. You sell against a real date

Your sales page, payments and follow-up run from day one, pointed at dates people can put in their calendars.

  4. Floor reached: it confirms

The moment your bookings cover the floor, the dates are yours. The property is paid its floor first, and everything above it is shared as agreed in writing.

  5. Floor not reached: the dates go back

If your bookings have not covered the floor 60 days before arrival, the dates go back to the owner with two months left to sell them. Every guest is refunded in full, and you owe nothing.

The owner keeps the last word. Dates they block out are never held, and inside three months the calendar belongs to their nightly guests.

Your venue confirms only when ticket sales cover its minimum.

We only win when your retreat fills. That single fact aligns every incentive: the pricing help, the funnel, the follow-up, all of it exists to get you past the minimum.

The venue is ours to carry

You earn your week by building. The venue commitment stays with us until your sales cover it.

The minimum is the gate

Your retreat confirms when ticket sales cover the venue minimum. If they have not by 60 days before arrival, the dates go back to the owner and every guest is refunded in full.

We collect and reconcile

Guests pay through our payment partner. We run the accounting and settle with you after the retreat.

Your share grows as you sell

The venue is paid its minimum first. Above it we take 20% up to your goal and only 5% on every seat past it, so the more you sell, the more of each ticket is yours.

After your first sold-out week, host a month.

A retreat proves your people will travel for you. A residency turns that into thirty days of deeper work and steadier income, with the applications, screening and settlement run for you.

Why $97?

Skin in the game. It is credited at your first settlement, and it is free if your Readiness Report already clears the floor. Free challenges get watched. Paid ones get done.

What if I don’t fill it?

If your sales have not covered the minimum 60 days before arrival, the dates go back to the owner and every guest is refunded in full, and that is it. You keep everything you built: the offer, the funnel, the email list and your AI workspace.

What exactly is the venue minimum?

It depends on the venue, the week and your group size, so we give you the number in writing, along with the split and the settlement timing, before you hold a week. You will never be asked to sell against a figure you have not seen.

Where do the retreats happen?

Wherever fits your group. We find and contract the venue for your dates, and we match it to your group size, budget and style before you hold a week. We’re based on Lake Atitlán, Guatemala.

Do I need to be technical?

Not at all. Day one is a guided setup, and every build day pairs you with your AI. If you can write an email, you can do this.

What comes after my first retreat?

A second one, easier. Or a month: Residency OS runs a thirty-day cohort with the same system.

Tell us about your retreat.

Your Readiness Report shows the venue minimum your week needs, how many tickets that takes at your price, and where your first sales come from.
